IEEE has been monitoring the developing COVID-19 outbreak. Please know that our thoughts are with those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.

The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. After studying and evaluating the recent announcements, guidance, and news released by relevant national departments, we are sorry to announce that CIVEMSA 2020, scheduled to be held June 22-24, 2020 will no longer take place in person.

Alternatively, we are excited to announce that the CIVEMSA organizing committee is working diligently to provide a virtual conference on the original conference dates. We will be adjusting the original registration rates. We will provide more information on the new registration updates and author presentation guidelines shortly. We thank you for your understanding.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. For any questions or concerns, please contact Shelby Lussier at [email protected]

We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to serving you with cutting edge technology bringing you the highest-quality content.
